St. George with the Murdogs

We made a mad dash of a trip down to St. George last weekend. We had such a great time relaxing by the pool and letting the kids run wild.

Our first morning. I wish I could tell Avi it was going to get better. But his big brother cannot keep his hands off him. Poor Avi!

We made a quick trip to Snow canyon. I always forget how amazing that canyon is.

Then off to the sand dunes

Two months gone.

I can't believe my little baby is rapidly outgrowing the newborn phase. He is really so much fun. I feel so lucky that he belongs in our family. He gives tons of smiles with the sweets coos. He had his two months check and it is always such a bitter sweet. I love to see the progress they're making but those dang shots are the saddest thing in the world. He was a champ through it all though. He now weighs 11 lbs. 8 oz (47%) and he is a whooping 25 inches (98%) He is super long. Avi is such a vocal little guy. He always appears to be trying to communicate with us. My favorite is to sing to him cause he looks like he is trying to sing along. He has also discovered his hands. They have blown his mind. He will stare at them for a really long time.

He slept 9 hours the other night and this looked like he was celebrating for himself.

My happy boy

I'm really going to miss a baby on my shoulder. I love peeking in the mirror to see his little eyes peering over my shoulder.

My crazy Jude-0. I adore this little three year old of mine. Sure, three years old is easily been the hardest of all ages for him, but he says the funniest things and is super loving and sweet. I just adore him.
Judeisms:
The other day I was asking Jude why he was growing up on me and he so sincerely said to me, "Because I have to go to college."
Jude tripped and fell and I asked him it if hurt. He said, "Yes, it hurt, but I don't worry about owies cause I am tough."
Something not so cute, the other day I got together with some girls in my neighborhood for a play date at a local splash pad and after a minute I lost Jude and I was searching for about 5 minutes then, I really started to panic and I got the girls I was with to help me look and about 5 minutes into that I called the police and I was hysterical at this point, then I walked over to my car and found him sitting on the bike rack on the back of my car! Lil S*#%!!!!! I was so relieved I found him. I could hardly be upset.

This is as good as a paternity test in my opinion. Marc chewed his shirts for a ridiculously long time growing up. This is also Jude dancing to Thriller. He is obsessed with Michael Jackson's Thriller. He will just bust out with moves out of the blue that he has learned from the video.

He said to me "I just want to sleep" and had me leave the door open for him. I thought after about 30 seconds he'd come in. But he really wanted to sleep.

Why do they fight naps and fall asleep in the most ridiculous positions.

Trying to find fun things for him to do since the baby gets so much attention.

We had the most nerve wracking, horrible experience at the museum of curiosity the other day. Maybe its just me, but it was just so busy and trying to keep up with him was complete hell. But cute and I think I'd love it on a less busy day.

My duo taking a bath. Jude is still obsessed with his little bro. Sometimes he is a little to rough. (most times) But he really genuinely adores Avi.

We had a great time at the zoo the other day and I love this picture of Jude cautiously drinking out of the lion drinking fountain.

I think they are so bored of me and my camera.

This is Jude ALL DAY LONG!!!

Marc's Birthday.

I know everyone feels as though their dad or their husband is the best father in town. But I really adore Marc in his role as a father. He adores his boys and loves to have fun with them and play and wrestle. I bet Avi cannot wait to get in on the action. Marc truly is amazing with them and I will always make sure they know how lucky they are.

We spent Marc's birthday up in Park City and Marc and Jude had a blast and Avi and I enjoyed the fresh mountain air.
