Oh Captain, my Captain

We may have gone a little overboard with all our Captain America stuff lately. We felt it was time, and has been time for awhile, to move Jude into a "big boy bed." I was so tempted to just pick out what I thought was cute bedding, but I was worried he wouldn't go near his bed. I also figured he is only going to be a little boy for a short time. Might as well let him go nuts. And... We have. I was the cutest thing though. We went to the store and he was dressed head to toe in Captain America and shield in hand and of course picked out all Captain America bedding. When we got back Daddy was still putting his bed together so we through the bedding on the mattress sprawled out on our bedroom floor. I think he would have been 100% content with it there.

So far he loves his bed. After the first morning he told me it made his "heart bigger" and that he "loves his big boy bed" So Thank you Captain America. And now we seem to be addicted and I can't stop adding little Avengerisms to his room. :) Now, to tackle a nursery and a new play area. The toys are getting the boot from the toy room and it's awaiting a makeover to a nursery. All fun stuff though. :)

The first night Sundance spent sometime at the foot of his bed and I thought my heart just might explode. I can't think of one thing more little boy.

We are literally playing Avengers ALL DAY. I just have to document how cute Marc is with him. Jude better always recognize how special his Daddy is. He will always play with him. It doesn't matter how tired he is or how sick of playing Avengers he might be. He makes it so exciting for Jude and acts like it's the first time they have played every day. He is a lucky boy.

Everything is Avengers in this house. Right down to the undies and Hulk Popsicles.

He got an "Owie" on his bum and a band aid fixed it right up.

Puddle Jumping on a beautiful warm day.

I found a Captain America stuffed doll at Target and I just couldn't resist. I don't even think Jude needs a little brother anymore.

A day in my life...
