We have been going to the aquarium a lot and hit the zoo again too. Every time we go Jude seems to like it more and more. He is still very in love with himself. Finds his reflection in everything and flirts with himself. He is a very silly little boy.
The aquarium. I wonder how Jude caught that cold. He kisses all of these big animal things and gives them a sweet little hug. He also made me sing insy winsy spider while he looked at this spider for like an hour.
Peek-a-boo at the zoo
(was really into the elephants this time)
Heading to church. I don't know what it is about kids in church clothes. It kills me. (a side note for myself, I always sit on the top step of our house and Jude comes running and plops his chest against my back and wraps his arms around my neck so I can carry him down the stairs piggy back style.)
We have been painting our kitchen and I thought Jude was so clever. I didn't even realize he was really watching me when I noticed he found an empty paint brush and would dip it in Sundance's water and come paint the wall with me. Smarty pants.
Random pics.
Starting to realize head phones are cool.
This boy knows how to chillax!! He always gets his foot propped up on things and lounges. Does it all the time when he's eating too.
I have to post this for blackmail proposes later. He is very curious about Sundance's Bum. :) lifts her tail to get a real good look. He's starting to get a little pokey though. Time to stop that. :)
Just checkin himself out in the garbage can reflection. Are all kids this obsessed with their reflection???
We went for a walk in the hills behind our house. Jude found a mud puddle and I let him play until he was trying to lay down in it and eat it. Yum.
And here comes St. Patrick's day. That I love for some reason!!!

Slow down February
February is flying by. I can't believe it. I secretly love it cause it means spring is just that much closer but I hope I am enjoying right now too. We are loving getting some much needed snow. Not very much of it. But I'll take what we can get. Marc had to be out of town again last week. We hate when he's gone. When he got home we went sledding in the freshly fallen snow. Jude is starting to get more and more into it. We took him to a little more intense hill then the one in our backyard. He was so cute and would giggle as he cruised down the hill. He loved to eat the snow too. Funny how that is just instinct. Jude is loving his little music class. He really enjoys singing songs and tries to do the actions that go along with it. He is very in to waving bye to everything. Still LOVES his blankies. Carries them around everywhere. And is very into books. Loves to go through them and check out the pictures. Doesn't care to be read to. Just likes to check them out. I also forgot to mention last post that January was the first month since he was born we didn't have to go to the doctor for something. I am hoping February will be the same. Fingers crossed.
Sledding fun!!
The best way to warm up after a snow day is a nice hot bubble bath with the whole family. We all squeezed into our tub. It was way fun. Jude loved having a party in the tub and thought the jets in the tub were really cool.

The toddling toddler
Oh how we adore this kid. He is so much fun. We are loving taking him places and showing him new things. It really trips us out how he has gone from teeny tiny preemie to the toddling toddler. He is very good at getting into everything as toddlers are. I feel like I am living with a Tasmanian devil and I just follow him around cleaning up his messes.
Marc was out of town for work last week. That always makes time go by so much slower, but we survived. We stayed very busy. We went to the petting zoo at Thanksgiving point. Jude loved it. A turkey had a great attempt to take Jude's finger off. Scared him to death. Ha Ha. We also have been staying very busy with Daddy home too. We went to the Dinosaur museum and Hogle Zoo. It's been a lot of fun with this nice weather. We are just milking it for all we can!
Petting zoo, He loved the goats. I think the fact that they were tiny and super gentle and friendly pushed him over the edge. He is fascinated by animals eating and loved to try to feed them and loves to say and sign "eat" When he sees them. And don't you just love his bod in his snow suit! He reminds me so much of the penguin on Batman. :) In a good way.
Helping Dad pack. He did this all on his own. I didn't put anything in the suitcase.
Dinosaur museum. He loved to eat the sand in the play area. So we didn't stay there too long. He also has to hug and kiss everything. Very sanitary I am sure. But oh so sweet!!
The Hogle Zoo. I think the giraffes were the most impressive thing for him. He really loved them. And who doesn't love a couple of turtles celebrating Valentine's Day??
Daddy and Jude cruising around Downtown SLC. I love this pic. It represents how I see Jude most of the time. Zipping around like a blur!
Eating his favorite fruit. "Appa"
